Monday

Strength + Conditioning + Recovery

Up first this week we’ve got a barbell complex for the upper body with presses and rows. The conditioning is a format of short AMRAP’s with rowing, DB cleans, and box jumps.

Tuesday

Interval Weight Training

IWT number one this week includes barbell jump squats and bike up first, followed by deadlifts and jump rope for part 2. These IWT days always finish with a circuit of work for the core and either shoulders or hips, so we’ll wrap up with some slower and more focused work.

Wednesday

Stamina

Stamina day as usual, we’ll have 3 segments of work totaling 36 minutes. Grab your sweat towel on the way in.

Thursday

Strength + Conditioning + Recovery

We’ll do Bulgarian split squats today paired with RDL’s for a lower body strength complex. The conditioning will be a momentum building workout about 20 minutes long with a few KB and bodyweight exercises.

Friday

Interval Weight Training

Pushing some shorter sprints with Hang Power Cleans and sprints on the rowers, followed by KB front rack step ups and bike sprints for part 2. Hard and fast sprints today and finishing with upper body and core work.
