MONDAY
Strength + Conditioning
We are working squat cleans and overhead presses today. The EMOM format 12 minute gives everyone an opportunity to build fitness and work on total body strength.
TUESDAY
Interval Weight Training
Thrusters and Bike intervals first, followed by back squats and rowing second. We’ll get into some shoulder/upper body work to finish up.
WEDNESDAY
Stamina
Wednesday workout as usual. We work on pacing and control under fatigue. Break up the week with one of these longer efforts.
THURSDAY (6am/930/noon only!)
Strength + Conditioning + Recovery
Finishing up our week with some presses and rows, followed by a 20 minute chipper style workout to send you off into our holiday break. No class Friday or Saturday.
