This Week At Altitude (8-3-20 through 8-8-20)

Monday

We starting this week with Interval Weight training. This will include DB snatches and running in part (1) with front squats and rowing in part (2). Part (3) is core, glute and hamstring work.

Tuesday

Strength today has an upper body barbell complex, followed by a series of short AMRAPs with KB swings, KB deadlifts, box jumps, and rowing. Recovery to wrap up the day.

Wednesday

Long, Steady Grind here for a mid-week workout. These are hard, but doable, and you’ll learn pacing and focus on stamina today.

Thursday

Interval Weight Training number 2 for the week has a barbell complex with running, and then deadlifts and jump rope for part 2. We’ll have some upper body work for part (3) to finish up.

Friday

Structural Strength with split squats and cossack squats to work single leg strength, and then a fun EMOM to finish out the week that has plank variations, rowing, db clean and press, box jumps, and mountain climbers.

Saturday

BUILD class will have an Upper, Lower, and Midline segment focusing on tempo, control, and building lean muscle.
