This Week At Altitude (9/21-9/26)

Monday

Interval Weight Training to begin the week with some power movements. First up is barbell jump squats and running. Part 2 is Weighted Lunges and rowing. Our accessory work includes hip and core work.

Tuesday

Upper body strength work today has DB floor presses and bent over rows, then into a circuit of Running, KB swings, and push ups.

Wednesday

Stamina today as usual. Get ready for a long, steady grind.

Thursday

Our second IWT this week has a DB complex with jump rope, and then front squats + running for part 2. Shoulders and core work make up the last segment.

Friday

Deadlifts today for overall strength. We’ll work a descending rep scheme while building in weight. Conditioning will be a burpee box jumps, rowing, and front rack carries.

Saturday

BUILD class to focus on durability and shore up weaknesses.
