This Week At Altitude Athletics (8/31 - 9/5)
Monday
Strength + Conditioning + Recovery
We’ll start the week with a deadlift + box jump combo, and then moving right into a density style workout with rowing, front rack lunges, russian twists, and push ups.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training
DB Push Press + Rowing first, followed up with a Front Squat + running segment. Part 3 includes hips and core.
Wednesday
Long, Steady Grind
Our longer session of the week designed to accumulate some volume and learn pacing.
Thursday
Strength + Conditioning + Recovery
We’ll be working through a pairing of split squat and bent over rows with some unique variations of this for strength. Then our conditioning includes some intervals of running and explosive bodyweight and DB exercises.
Friday
Interval Weight Training
We’ll wrap up the week with another IWT workout that has power cleans and jump rope up first, followed by a combo of Back Squats and rowing up next. Part 3 will work shoulders, upper back, and core.
Saturday
We are closed for Labor Day Weekend.
