This Week At Altitude
Monday
Interval Weight Training 1 of 3 this week will have hang power cleans + echo bike in round 1, followed by a set of DB jump squat and rowing sprints. These first two are high power output sets, and we’ll slow down the work moving to upper body accessory movements for part 3.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training will include a little more structural work. Part 1 is Barbell back rack lunges and running and then we have DB bench press and jump rope in part 2. part 3 is primarily core work on the slideboards.
Wednesday
Stamina for midweek is a great way to change the pace of the workouts for a day and get some blood moving to recover from the harder efforts.
Thursday
We have strength today with overhead presses and barbell bent over rows. The conditioning will be an increasing / momentum building format of full body DB and KB work.
Friday
Last IWT of this cycle has KB deadlifts and biking followed by DB hang power cleans and rowing. Final section has lower body durability work.
