This Week At Altitude
Monday
Interval Weight Training to start the week. Part 1 will be Bench Press and rowing, and Part 2 is going to be Hang Power Cleans and C2 Bikes. Part 3 will be shoulder accessory work.
Tuesday
Our final ski conditioning workout! Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning.
Wednesday
Stamina will break up the week with some rotation and core work built into an aerobic focused workout.
Thursday
We’ll hit upper body strength today with Push Presses and Strict Pull ups first, and a conditioning segment that includes sleds, KB swings, bikes, and carries.
Friday
Deadlifts with box jumps to wrap up the week. Our conditioning has a DB complex and shuttle sprints.
