This Week At Altitude
Monday
We start this week with strength - cluster back squats and single leg RDL’s up first followed by a conditioning portion of running, rack lunges, and strict leg raises.
Tuesday
IWT for some hard and fast intervals - dual DB snatch and bike, followed by a pressing combo and rowing. Some lower body accessory work to finish up the day.
Wednesday
Stamina will build on the format we used last week with an emphasis on aerobic work and strength balance.
Thursday
This is our second strength workout with push press and pull ups first, followed by some running, kb swings, push ups, in our conditioning effort.
Friday
Final workout this week is IWT - we do hang squat cleans and biking, followed by deadlifts and rowing. Part 3 is upper body and core accessory work.
