Close in observance of Memorial Day.
Tuesday
Strength + Conditioning
With only 4 days in the gym this week we’ll do strength first with sets of 6 Deadlifts paired with glute work. The second portion will be a momentum building conditioning segment with a 30/30, 40/20, 40/20, 50/10 approach. Full body movements today.
Wednesday
Stamina
36 minutes with 3 segments including rowing, biking, and jump rope mixed with lightly loaded or bodyweight movements to keep a steady pace going.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training
Heavy Goblet squats paired with echo bike in part (1), then Push Press and Running for part (2) . We’ll focus on shoulders and upper back for the accessory work at the end.
Friday
Stamina
Finishing out the week with our last stamina session of this cycle. 40 minutes today, going through a good amount of core and work on the ergs.
