This Week At Altitude

Monday

We’re balancing this week out a little with more conditioning and starting off with IWT. DB jump squats + bike, then deficit deadlift and row in part 2.

Tuesday

Strength today is a pressing complex, then a challenging conditioning segment with running, burpee box jumps, and gorilla rows.

Wednesday

Stamina for a longer, steadier aerobic workout to split up the week.

Thursday

Second IWT for the week is power clean + front squat and echo bike, then bench press and rowing. Part 3 is core accessory work.

Friday

We’ll have a lower body emphasis today with RDL’s and split squats. The conditioning will have some KB complexes and sled work.
