This Week At Altitude
Monday
Starting this week with back squats and glute bridge for a lower body superset. Then we’ll go into a DB walking lunge, snatch, and archer row complex with a bit of running.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training today is incline bench press with rowing and then a KB Deadlift and bike combo. We’ll finish up with some lower body durability work.
Wednesday
Stamina will break up the lifting for the week and give us some rotational and isometric work.
Thursday
Strength today is seated strict press with chin ups for an upper body push/pull superset. We’ll move to a grind of sled drags, farmer carry, and landmine twists for some conditioning today.
Friday
We’ll wrap up this week with an IWT workout. Part 1 has barbell reverse lunges and running, followed up by heavy goblet squat + KB swings and bike sprints in part 2.
