Fall Nutrition Challenge
Introducing an interactive 6-week workout, nutrition, and lifestyle challenge beginning September 16th, led by our resident nutrition guru and Eat To Perform L2 Coach Allison McGree.
What To Expect
While we are not believers in a “quick fix” mentality, this challenge is designed to hold you accountable to incorporate healthy habits that will help your reach long term goals.
This challenge will promote simple, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle changes by educating you and giving you the tools to slowly build new habits and routines.
How Does It Work?
Each week you'll be tasked with:
1️⃣ A Fitness Goal
2️⃣ A Nutrition Goal
3️⃣ A “Bonus” Goal - something new each week!
*You’ll receive points for each challenge and winners will be selected at the end of 6 weeks.
What you’ll get during the challenge:
✅ Accountability from the group and the coaching staff
✅ Access to our online weekly custom lesson plans on Teachable
✅ Direct support from coaches for any questions, concerns, other issues you might have during the challenge.

When does it start?
The challenge begins May September 16th, 2024 and goes for 6 weeks.
1. What if I'm gone for part of the challenge?
No problem, all points can be earned from afar! If you cannot make it in for the fitness goal because you are physically not in the area, you can make those points up later in the month.
2. What do I earn points for?
You'll earn points for both our Weekly, and challenge-long goals! Each will be described in full through weekly emails and during the intro meeting.
3. What if I just lie say I did something to get points even if I didn't?
Karma's a bitch. You are only cheating yourself and if you cheat on a 'fun' challenge like this we think you should do some inner investigation.
4. I forgot to add my points for the week, can I add them later?
You must enter your points for the week by Sunday at midnight to have those points count. If you miss the deadline for entering your points for that week they will NOT be added to your total.
