This Week At Altitude
Monday - Interval Weight Training
We’ll start the week with IWT, focusing on hard sprint efforts with hang clean/front squat/bike up first and then press/push press/echo bike next. The final part will be a shoulder durability segment.
Tuesday - Strength + Conditioning + Recovery
Deadlifts today first for strength, going in descending rep scheme and increasing weight. The conditioning is a 20 minute long EMOM session with a full body conditioning feel.
Wednesday - Stamina
Steady state, 40 minute effort today. Get ready to sweat and breath.
Thursday - Interval Weight Training
Dual DB snatch and bike up first, followed by back squats and rowing next for a fast paced interval session. The final part will be focused on the hips and low back for durability.
Friday - Strength + Conditioning + Recovery
Strict press and bent over rows first for upper body work to finish up the week. The conditioning is a pair of 20 minute long controlled effort with some bodyweight and complexes mixed in.
Saturday - BUILD
Upper, lower, and midline work with tempo and durability focused programming.
