This Week At Altitude

Monday

We are continuing our cluster set emphasis for a bit longer with back squats today. Moving into the conditioning that builds in momentum, includes a DB complex, ring planks, bikes and ball slams.

Tuesday

IWT today has KB Swings + Sprints and then Bench Press and rowing. The strength movements help balance out the week and our sprints should give us a good anaerobic hit. Part 3 focuses on the upper back/thoracic area.

Wednesday

Stamina today is the standard format of steady paced rows, bikes, and slideboards paired with some static and eccentric focused work to keep the intensity down a bit and help with midweek recovery while still getting a lot of great movement.

Thursday

Strength cluster sets round 2 this week is push presses. Then into a conditioning format with row, cyclist squat, and burpee box step ups.

Friday

Unilateral strength today is split squats and DB rows. Then we have a fun AMRAP with sled rope pulls, farmer carry, and echo bikes.
