This Week At Altitude

Monday

We’re doing a combo of lower and upper body cluster sets for this week since its a short one with the holiday. Squats and Pull ups for strength, followed by an EMOM of 16 minutes with some other core, pulling and leg movements.

Tuesday

Intervals today is deadlifts with biking and then bench press and rowing, followed by an upper body accessory segment to wrap things up.

Wednesday

Stamina today is some lighter movements mixed with moderate efforts/pacing on the bikes, rowers, and running to end the week. Enjoy the long weekend!
