This Week At Altitude

Monday

Starting off the week with strict pull ups and single arm kb split squats for strength, then working into conditioning with a longer EMOM format.

Tuesday

Interval weight training today has dual db snatch + run, and then bench press and rowing. Part 3 will have more of our upper body accessory work.

Wednesday

Stamina will break up the week with cardiovascular work, isometrics and rotation.

Thursday

Strength has seated overhead press and single leg RDLs, and we’ll do a couple of 8 min conditioning circuits with sleds, KB sumo deadlift and echo bikes.

Friday

Front squats and single arm DB rows for strength, followed by a faster and tougher conditioning circuit of thrusters and rowing.
