Monday
Strength today is an upper body horizontal push/pull combo with incline bench press and ring rows. We’ll hit conditioning with running, mb slams, and sled pushes.
Tuesday
Ski Conditioning - power endurance and durability
Wednesday
Stamina today has our usual set up with longer conditioning work designed to help with recovery and improve aerobic capacity.
Thursday
Ski Conditioning - sport specific strength
Friday
Strength - deadlifts for strength to finish up the week. Our conditioning will have rotational landmine work, mixed rack carries, push ups.
