Begin Stamina Cycle
Monday
Stamina today is a mix of c2 bike and unilateral movements first, then into rowing and some presses and core work, finishing with a little bodyweight segment. 34 minutes from start to finish.
Tuesday
Stamina number two of three this week gives us some slideboard skaters, rotational core work, biking, and uneven deadlifts. 36 minutes in this one with 3 different segments each 12 minutes long.
Wednesday
Mixing things up with strength in the middle of the week. Front squats here with a conditioning segment that is only 12 minutes. Push, Pull, and Carry today.
Thursday
Today we hit Intervals - Power Clean + Echo Bike, followed by Bench Press + Rowing. Accessory work to wrap up the day.
Friday
Our last stamina session is going to begin with shuttle sprints and plank variations, followed by biking and a KB circuit.
