This Week At Altitude
Monday
After a short week last week with the holiday, we’ll kick this week off with box squats and then a conditioning effort that has gorilla rows, weighted lunges, and rowing.
Tuesday
IWT today for some short sprints. We have DB snatch and echo bike, followed by KB Deadlift and sled push. Upper body work to finish off the day.
Wednesday
Stamina today breaks up the week with some more aerobic efforts and rotational and isometric work.
Thursday
Strength today is split squats and calf raises, followed by conditioning with two x 8 minute ascending rep circuits.
Friday
Incline bench with lateral raises for our strength superset and then a longer 20 minute EMOM for conditioning.
