This Week At Altitude
Monday
Full body strength superset to start the week - we have single arm / leg work today with barbell lunges and DB rows. Conditioning is a basic 15m EMOM with squat, row, push up. Simple but effective stuff.
Tuesday
Interval weight training today has MB slams and bike with increasing pace in part 1, and then push press and row in part 2.
Wednesday
Stamina will break up our week as usual with a steady effort of slideboard, biking and rowing with mixed isometrics and core.
Thursday
Hitting squats and pull ups today for strength, followed by a grind conditioning workout with sled drags, plate carries, and cossack squats.
Friday
Final strength workout this week has romanian deadlifts and incline bench, followed by some rotational and dynamic full body conditioning work.
