This Week At Altitude

Monday

Kicking off the strength session with Bulgarian Split Squats and Bent over rows, then into a DB complex for conditioning.

Tuesday

Cyclist squats and seated overhead presses first for strength, followed by a split of conditioning work with KB swings + shuttle sprints in one segment and echo bike and mixed rack caries in part 2.

Wednesday

Our normal midweek stamina session focusing on breathing and consistent movement for a longer duration.

Thursday

Our final strength day this week has deadlifts and alternating DB bench presses. Conditioning will be a 20 min EMOM format with some sled pushes, lateral movement and ring planks.

Friday

Intervals today! Landmine rotational clean and press + row, then loaded into jump squats and bike in part 2. Part 3 is our standard accessory work.
