New Strength Cycle
Monday
Box Squats to start off our new cycle! Conditioning will be strict pull-up, gorilla rows, and rowing for an upper body pulling emphasis.
Tuesday
Incline bench press and tricep extensions for strength, followed up with a split AMRAP conditioning with some running, cyclist squats, KB swings, and burpees.
Wednesday
Stamina today has rowing, biking, and slideboards for the bulk of the aerobic work and a good chunk of rotational work with bodyweight and med balls.
Thursday
IWT today has jump squats and sprints, paired with DB power Cleans and Echo biking. These will be very short, fast sprints, and we’ll spend a little more time on the accessory work for the upper body to finish up.
Friday
Split squats for strength, right into a longer grind conditioning workout with sled drags, KB deadlift and carry, and push ups.
Saturday
Closed for 4th of July weekend
