This Week At Altitude

Monday

Strength today is split squats at tempo plus bird dog rows, into a conditioning circuit of bike, goblet squat complex and ring rollouts.

Tuesday

We’ll go into IWT today with hang power clean + push press first, then a DB snatch and bike complex. Part 3 is spine mobility and strength work through different planes of motion.

Wednesday

Stamina is a little different this week; a long EMOM with periodic rests build in. Mixing up the format but keeping the goal the same of a steady zone 2 type of workout.

Thursday

Strength today is DB incline bench press and pull ups, followed by a conditioning circuit of running, carries, and KB swings.

Friday

Rotation is the name of the game today with Landmine work and then some rowing and med balls for conditioning.
