Monday

Strength work today has seated DB Arnold Presses + Barbell RDL’s, followed by conditioning that works some rotational clean and press, shuttle sprints, and KB hollow holds.

Tuesday

Ski Conditioning - power endurance and durability

Wednesday

Stamina, midweek slower paced workout with core and isometrics blended into biking and rowing.

Thursday

Ski Conditioning - sport specific strength

Friday

Strength to wrap up the week with a barbell complex of deadlift, hang power clean, and push press. We’ll finish up with an AMRAP of sled pushes, pull ups, and MB slams and overhead carries.
