Starting the week off with strength - deadlifts and DB bench presses and then into 2 x 8 minute conditioning segments that are full body.
Tuesday
Ski Conditioning power endurance and durability
Wednesday
Stamina will help break up the week with a good dose of breathing and isometric and rotational work.
Thursday
Ski Conditioning - Sport Specific Strength
Friday
Presses and Pull ups for upper body strength work and then into a grinder circuit with sled rope pulls, carries, and bodyweight work.
