This Week At Altitude

Monday

Full body strength supersets will be the theme for a few weeks to get us back to a more balanced training plan. We have Deadlifts and Single Arm DB Press up first, followed by a conditioning circuit of Row or Bike + DB complex (mr. spectacular)

Tuesday

A final hit of ski conditioning work with a strength emphasis.

Wednesday

Stamina to give a midweek reset with more aerobic work and rotation/core movement.

Thursday

Interval weight training today has bench press + rowing followed by hang cleans and biking. Part 3 is upper body isolation movements and ab rollouts.

Friday

We have squats and pull ups for a strength superset into a landmine, step up, shuttle sprint combo for conditoining.
