Starting off with front squats and ring rows for strength work, into 2 x 8 min segments with some push, pull, and carry involved.
Tuesday
Ski Conditioning - Power Endurance & Durability
Wednesday
Stamina - longer, steady effort focused on consistent pacing and mixed isometrics and unilateral work.
Thursday
Thanksgiving day partner workout @ 930am! Friends and Family welcome to join!
