This Week At Altitude

Monday

We start this week with pull-up negatives and landmine RDL’s for strength, followed by a group of 5 minute AMRAPs for conditioning with DB deadlifts, lateral burpees, rowing and hollow holds.

Tuesday

Strength today is pushing muscles, with heels elevated Dual KB Front Squats and single arm Bench Press. We’ll add a little tempo to these and then hit a conditioning circuit with sled pushes, DB snatches, biking and ab rollouts.

Wednesday

Stamina will break up the week with biking, slideboards, rowing and a mix of isometrics and rotation.

Thursday

Interval Weight Training today is jump squats and shuttle sprints, followed by push press and rowing. We’ll hit some accessory work for the hips to wrap up part 3.

Friday

Final workout this week is bulgarian split squats and single arm landmine presses, followed by a conditioning workout with mixed rack carries, hanging leg raises, jump rope, and lunges.
