2025 Summer Youth Training Camp

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Classes will be led by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from Altitude Athletics and will be focused on providing youth ages 10-12 with a foundational knowledge of how to safely begin strength training.

July 8th -August 7th (5 weeks)

Tuesday & Thursday @ 3:15pm - 4:05pm (50 minutes)
