This Week At Altitude

Monday

Strength today is back squats and chin ups, followed by 16 min grind with some front rack carries, step ups, ring rollouts and echo bike for conditioning.

Tuesday

Morning classes only today for the NYE day. We will have a strength day with deadlifts and incline bench press, followed by two x 8 min EMOM conditioning segments.

Wednesday

Closed for the Day.

Thursday

Back to our regular schedule. We have intervals today with some jump squats and shuttle sprints first, followed by push press and echo bike next. Part 3 is hip/core accessory.

Friday

Final workout for the week has split squats and landmine presses for a bit of unilateral work. The final day of this cycle has Mr. Spectacular, jump lunges, and row/bike for conditioning.
