This Week At Altitude

Monday

We have our final days of the full body strength supersets until the new year with a couple of shorter weeks due to the holidays. First up is Split Squats and pull-ups, followed by 2x8 minute conditioning efforts with sled rope pulls, push ups, bikes and box jumps.

Tuesday

Strength today has DB Romanian Deadlifts and incline bench press. Conditioning is a longer 18 min EMOM with carries, bike erg and DB push press.

Friday

Interval weight training has Dual DB Snatch and Rowing first, followed by Jumping MB slams and shuttle sprints. Part 3 is upper body accessory work.
