This Week At Altitude
Monday
We start with strength this week - upper body push and pull emphasis with bench press and pull-up. Followed up with conditioning that includes bike, sleds, and plate lunges.
Tuesday
Intervals today has Alternating DB Snatch and row, followed by hang power cleans and echo bikes. Part 3 is upper body accessory work/banded movements.
Wednesay
Stamina to break up the week of lifting with steady efforts on rowers, bikes and slideboards, paired with some isometrics.
Thursday
Strength with a lower body emphasis - deadlifts and goblet squats here. Conditioning has 5 rounds of shorter AMRAPs.
Friday
Last session this week is IWT - push press and rowers followed by KB swings and bike ergs. Part 3 is lower body/hip durability work.
