Closed for Independence Day
Tuesday
Strength today after a long weekend has a barbell complex of power clean + front squat, along with some strict toes to bar worked in. Our conditioning has some KB work, burpees and rowing.
Wednesday
We’ll breath and sweat a lot today with a 36 minute stamina session. Steady pacing, aerobic work, and strength balance.
Thursday
Intervals today with KB front squats + echo bike sprints, followed by incline bench and rowing. Sled work and core work to finish up.
Friday
Tempo Push Press + Wide grip pull ups today for strength, and then some 8 min conditioning burners to end the week.
