This Week At Altitude
Week 4 Density Strength
Monday
We hitting Deadlifts and DB Bench Press in our density format to start this week and we’ll increase the reps by 1. Conditioning has rowing, Mr Spectaculars and some rotational work.
Tuesday
Interval weight training today with power clean + echo bike, followed by Push Press and Rowing. Part 3 is accessory work for the upper back.
Wednesday
Stamina today. Longer, steadier work emphasizing cardiovascular equipment with a blend of other work to hit a midweek break from heavier lifts and more intensity.
Thursday
Density Strength goblet squats and barbell rows, followed by a little conditioning effort of sled work, bikes, and KB’s.
Friday
Our final day this week is unilateral (single arm/leg) strength work, using landmine presses and cossack squats. Farmers carries, Running, and bodyweight movements for conditioning.
