Metabolic Strength Cycle Week 3

Monday

We begin this week with push press clusters, moving the reps down to 2.2.2 this week. Our conditioning work includes a couple different segments with variations of planks, split squats, and carries. Focus on a steady pace with these to start the week off.

Tuesday

Front squats for strength followed by a DB complex, running and ab rollouts.

Wednesday

Stamina today breaks up the week with slideboards, rowing, and biking in our standard format.

Thursday

Interval weight training is strict press with rower sprints, followed by deadlifts and echo bike sprints. Part 3 is upper body accessory work.

Friday

Final strength day this week is hang power cleans, followed by conditioning with KB swings and shuttle sprints.
