This Week At Altitude
Monday
Strength today starts with a landmine press and pull-ups. We’ll move to a 16 minute EMOM of core work, biking, and mixed carries to get the week started off.
Tuesday
Ski conditioning #3, power endurance and durability focus.
Wednesday
Stamina workout to break up the week has biking, slideboards, and rowing for a good session of aerobic work and isometrics.
Thursday
Ski conditioning #4, sport specific strength and conditioning.
Friday
Interval Weight Training with hang power cleans + rowing, then med ball slams and echo bikes. Part 3 is upper back and shoulder accessory work.
