This Week At Altitude

Monday

We’re hitting an incline bench for strength clusters first, followed by a pair of 8 min AMRAP’s with some DB complex work mixed in for conditioning.

Tuesday

IWT today is KB Swing - jump squat - bike up first, followed by push press - burpee - row second. Part 3 is accessory hip and core work.

Wednesday

Stamina as usual to split up the week. We’re mixing up formats but sticking with the same concepts - steady aerobic work mixed with isometrics and unilateral movements to help blend durability into the session.

Thursday

Unilateral strength today is single leg RDL and DB Rows, followed by conditioning that includes med ball throws, russian twists, and pull ups.

Friday

Our final workout this week has cluster front squats for strength, then into a 15 minute conditioning workout with running and landmine work.
