This Week At Altitude

Monday

Strength with cluster push press today and we’re dropping down to some doubles and singles. Conditioning is gorilla rows, lunges and biking in short bursts.

Tuesday

Interval weight training today with Deadlifts and echo bikes right into dual db snatch and shuttle sprints. Part 3 is upper back and core work.

Wednesday

Stamina here, standard midweek format of steadier and longer work on ergs mixed with isometrics and smaller movements to shore up weak spots.

Thursday

Strength again with cluster squats, and then conditioning is a 16 min EMOM with carries, echo bikes, ring work and ball slams. Building in intensity as we go through it.

Friday

Last workout for the week is unilateral strength - split squats and db rows followed by conditioning of rotational work, kb swings and bodyweight movements.
