This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’re starting this week off with the strict press + push press combo for strength, using the same rep scheme as last week so trying to go a little heavier. The conditioning work is plate overhead walking lunge, push ups, Db snatch, and row/bike cals.
Tuesday
Intervals and dynamic effort today is jump squats + shuttle sprints, followed by ball slams and rowing. Part 3 will slow down for some core work.
Wednesday
Steady, aerobic effort mixed with isometrics and tempo movements for stamina.
Thursday
Strength today is the squat and sled push combo, followed by an EMOM conditioning effort with carries, gorilla row, MB slams and echo bike.
Friday
Deadlift + Box jumps for complex training, followed up by a 16 min conditioning session with sled rope pulls/push back, a DB complex ,and bike erg.
