This Week At Altitude

Monday

We enter week 2 of this cycle, focusing today on the press/pull pause combo. This will build some strength in the weak areas of the movements and help us with adding control and quality to our movements at the end of the cycle. Conditioning is row, swing, pushup.

Tuesday

Strength today is pause squats and hip bridges into a DB complex for conditioning.

Wednesday

Stamina work as usual - if you’re coming in regularly this week use this as an active recovery day and go light and focus on your movement.

Thursday

IWT today is Jump squats and bike sprints for part 1, then into Bench press and rowing for part 2. Part 3 will core and low back movements for durability.

Friday

Final workout this week is our deadlift series with box jumps. Complex training into some Friday sled work!
