This Week At Altitude
Monday
We kick off week 3 with Strength. Focus stays on the single leg/arm movements. We have barbell lunges and single arm DB bench press first, then into a short/fast conditioning segment with DB burpees and rower sprint for a great full body workout.
Tuesday
Interval weight training today is DB squat cleans with biking, then deadlifts and bike erg. We go 75 seconds (up front 60) on our sprints today. Upper body accessory work finishes off the day.
Wednesday
Stamina today has slideboards with steady efforts on rowers and bikes and a mix of rotation and isometrics.
Thursday
Strength today is Single Leg RDL’s and pull ups, then a conditioning effort with carries, KB complexes, and jump rope. A bit more of a grind today.
Friday
Our last workout this week is IWT. Part 1 is front squats with biking, part 2 is dual DB snatch and rowing. Part 3 has our lower body accessory work.
