This Week At Altitude

Monday

Starting off week 3 we’re going with landmine splits squats and DB arnold presses for some unilateral strength work. Conditioning has row, wall ball and seated russian twists.

Tuesday

Density Strength today is deadlifts and DB bench press, moving up 1 rep from last week. The conditioning is split into 2x 8 min segments with some sled work, biking, jump rope and carries.

Wednesday

Our stamina day breaks up the week of lifting with an emphasis on pacing and controlled movement and isometrics.

Thursday

Interval Weight Training today has us doing some MB Throws, jump squats and sprints for more explosive work. The day finishes with a slower segment of upper back accessory movements and band work.

Friday

Final day this week is our goblet squat and barbell row density combo. Conditioning is a longer EMOM with landmine rotations, bikes, and pull-ups.
