Monday

Closed for Labor Day

Tuesday

Density strength today has our deadlift + bench press combo. We move to conditioning with a full body DB complex and bike erg.

Wednesday

Stamina today - a longer, steadier workout with some isometrics built in to mix up the running, rowing, and biking.

Thursday

IWT today is push press and echo bike, followed by dual DB snatch and row sprints. Part 3 is core and upper back accessory work.

Friday

Wrapping up with our other day of density strength, this time we have barbell rows and goblet squats. Conditioning is 2 x 8 minute blocks broken up by a short rest.
