This Week At Altitude

Monday

We’ll be hitting front squats first this week - the second week in our strength cycle. Conditioning will be a split workout, the first 8 minutes including biking with a bit of KB work, then rowing with a DB complex.

Tuesday

Strength today again but upper body work - strict pull ups and push presses. Track these and try to progress through the 6 week cycle. We have a KB swing and shuttle sprint combo for the conditioning portion today.

Wednesday

Today is stamina as we break up the week with some lighter movements and aerobic work. Steady efforts focused on pacing and strength balance.

Thursday

We have IWT today with jump squats and biking followed by incline bench press and echo bikes. Part 3 has upper back and core work.

Friday

Deadlifts will end this week of the strength cycle - we are doing an EMOM format with lunges, rowing, and carries for our conditioning today.
