This Week At Altitude
Power / Anaerobic Cycle Week 2
Monday
Interval Weight Training
Up first this week we are getting into KB front rack lunges and C2 Bike, followed by push press and echo bike in part 2. The final segment today has us working on accessory movements for the shoulders and back.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training
Second session this week is IWT again, this time with DB Power cleans and rowing for part 1, and Goblet Squats and Running in part 2. The final segment is lower body and hip focused for durability.
Wednesday
Strength
Mixing it up this week! No stamina today… this will be a strength day. Deadlifts for total body strength and then we’ll have a momentum building conditioning workout that has us jumping, moving laterally, and even some isometric stuff.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training
Our last IWT of the week here has DB hang Snatch and C2 Bike sprints up first, then heavy step ups paired with Jump rope in part 2. Our third segment will be primarily core and rotational work.
Friday
Stamina
Here’s our long workout for the week. Steady, grindy type of effort with controls to help to lock in a pace that is sustainable for 40 min.
