This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’re kicking off a new strength cycle today with cluster sets. The first session is front squats followed by conditioning work with biking, ring rows, and DB snatch.
Tuesday
Hang Power clean clusters followed by a row, lunge, push up conditioning workout.
Wednesday
Stamina for a break in the week with a focus on steady aerobic work mixed with isometrics, rotation and unilateral movements.
Thursday
Interval weight training has bench press + rowing for part 1, KB swings and side shuffles for part 2, and upper body accessory work for the third segment.
Friday
Push press clusters for strength, followed by 2 short conditioning segments of echo bike and dumbbell power cleans, then jump rope and weighted step ups.
