This Week At Altitude
Monday
Strength + Conditioning
We’ll begin this week working on hang squat cleans for strength. This is a density format doing 3 reps every 90 sec to help work on the movement and also get the legs some work. Conditioning is a thruster/push up/row circuit of about 15-18 minutes.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training
High effort sprints today with back squats and bike sprints first, and then a dual DB snatch and bike for part 2. We wrap up with upper back and shoulder work.
Wednesday
Stamina
The session today goes for close to 40 minutes. Steady effort with control on intensity so we can keep moving.
Thursday
Strength + Conditioning
Strict presses and barbell rows for upper body strength. Followed up with a Lunge, KB swing, burpee complex for conditioning.
Friday
Interval Weight Training
Last day of the week is IWT - Jump Squats and rower sprints first, and then deadlifts paired with the bike. Low back and core durability to finish out the day.
