Stamina Cycle Week 2

Monday

The stamina emphasis continues another week, starting today with rowing and some bodyweight work, then into slideboard exercises, and finishing with bikes.

Tuesday

Strength training today will be Seated Strict Press and Pull ups, followed by a conditioning segment that is 4 rounds of short AMRAPs.

Wednesday

Stamina today will give us a 36 minute steady effort with biking, shuttle sprints, jump rope as our primary workload. We’ll mix in a bunch of core work and unilateral work as well.

Thursday

Last stamina session of the cycle. 38 minutes, with one part of echo biking, one of rowing, and lastly a bodyweight + KB finisher.

Friday

Interval Weight Training to finish up the week, with Dual DB Snatch and sprints, followed by Back Squats and C2 Bike sprint.
