This Week At Altitude
Monday
Closed for Labor Day
Tuesday
Starting off this week with front squats and hip thrusts for strength. We’re less than 2 weeks out from our baseline testing which means time to keep the overall volume low. The conditioning will be a circuit of wall balls, lunges, and scotty bobs.
Wednesday
Because of the short week we’ll skip stamina this week and do IWT today instead. The first segment is bench press and rowing, followed up with sumo deadlifts and sprints. Some upper body accessory to finish up the day.
Thursday
We’ve got overhead press today for strength work, followed up with a run, hang clean, parrallette finisher.
Friday
Final strength day this week is deadlifts with some heavy triples, followed by a couple of short AMRAP’s using the bikes and KB’s.
