Monday

Interval Weight Training

DB rack complex and bike for part 1, then push press and row in part 2, each has increasing effort sprints. Part 3 has shoulder and back accessory work.

Tuesday

Strength + Conditioning

Floor Press and Pull ups today for the strength work, then a 15 minute grind of some running and KB complexes.

Wednesday

Stamina

Longer, steadier effort today emphasizing bodyweight and ergs.

Thursday

Interval Weight Training

Deadlifts and running in part 1, then Dual DB snatch and Jump Rope for part 2. The last segment is single leg, hip and core work.

Friday

Interval Weight Training

Final workout of this power cycle and we’ll be doing barbell jump squats and bike in part 1, and then KB swings and running for part 2. The last segment is upper body focused for some strength and durability.
